Common questions
How is Keepr different from Loop Returns?
Loop is excellent at processing returns — carrier selection, return windows, exchanges after the fact. Keepr prevents returns from happening in the first place, before the customer gets to Loop. They're complementary: Keepr first, Loop for what slips through.
How do you prove savings?
Every customer is randomly assigned to either the treatment group (sees Keepr offer) or control group (standard refund flow). Savings = treatment group's prevented returns × item value. The delta is computed monthly and displayed in your dashboard alongside the calculation.
Is the customer's right to a refund always respected?
Always. 'Continue with refund' is an equal-weight button on every screen — never hidden, never delayed. This is a non-negotiable product principle enforced in code. We win by making better offers, not by making the refund path harder.
What permissions do you need on my store?
Read access to orders, products, customers, inventory, and fulfillments. Write access to draft orders (for exchanges), discounts (for store credit), and refunds (for the smooth refund and keep-partial connectors). All scopes are justified in our App Store listing.
What if I'm on Shopify Plus?
Keepr works on all Shopify plans. Shopify Plus merchants additionally get native gift card support (instead of discount codes for store credit) — coming in the next release.
